We want you to love your relic. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind Returns

If you changed your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused

  • Returned in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Banks may take 3–10 business days to finalize the refund.
